Data are organized into Projects. Most quantitative data are found in the "Administrative Outcome Data", "Survey and Study Collected Data", and "PARTNER Data" projects. Administrative Outcome data include primarily surveillance data from State of Ohio entities such as the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) and Ohio Department of Health (ODH) as reported to the HEALing Communities Study. Survey and Study Collected Data include de novo data collected by the HEALing Communities Study, including information about progress made throughout the intervention period, strategies deployed in each community, and the reach of various strategies. PARTNER Data are data collected using the Visible Network Labs PARTNER tool to document community partnerships.
Qualitative data are primarily found in the "Qualitative Ohio Data", "PhotoVoice", and "Sustainability" projects. Qualitative Ohio Data includes interviews collected in multiple rounds from community members in HCS Ohio communities throughout the study. PhotoVoice focused on working with people with lived experience (PWLE) to document and discuss community assets, barriers, and action ideas related to opioid use disorder and recovery supports. The Sustainability project includes interview data after the end of the HCS intervention period regarding the sustainability of HCS strategies implemented in HCS Ohio communities.
Media Buy data describes the media assets purchased as a part of the HCS Ohio media campaigns, with information about the target audiences, platforms, and reach. MediaSite includes videos produced by HCS for HCS Ohio communities.
Collaborative Workspace Records includes communications among HCS Ohio staff and documentation of work as captured on Basecamp, the website used for cross-institutional collaboration throughout the HCS Ohio study.
